quick use of proxy to allow authenticated access to c3pr services (inc. mgmgt console) from outside trusted ips. For now, from the c3pr.* files, add login.jsp to Web Resources, and replace the web.xml and log4j files. Some URls hardcoded to sead-test in login.jsp. Going forward, should either integrate this with projects (perhaps protecting the /exp - manage view) or pull into a separate build.
