On Clowder file page, add a button to archive the file.
In customer.conf, set a flag to enable the visibility of this button.
And set archive extractor queue name in the customer.conf.
So when the archive button is clicked, it will invoke the file statistic endpoint, and then send the request to this archive extractor.

We can configure multiple archiving destinations. But for now, let us assume that button click will just send a request to the that configured archive extractor.
