Make it possible to create a file object without the bytes and then upload the bytes separate. These will help fixing a few issues:

• separate mongo collections for bytes and metadata
• easier to return from upload controller after bytes have been sent to the server and clowder is managing the bytes (right now the javascript counts the bytes on the client but waits on the controller to return and this can take a while)
