Main features here are:

1. Add drainage type header in the field profile as shown in invision (ignore the default checkbox)
2. Indicate on the field profile whether tile drainage is present by checking the SQX file and highlighting No Drainage or Tile Drainage. If there is tile drainage, populate the fields indicating depth and spacing if present
