The upload experiment file only allows you to upload SQX files that have been translated to JSON. Now that we have the dssat-translator on the service, we can support directly uploading SQX files and translate the file before storing it. We should handle the translation for the user since some users may want to tweak DSSAT controls that we don't expose.
