Attributes in unknown namespaces should be ignored

      Daffodil should ignore attributes in namespaces that it doesn't know anything about. That is a standard and accepted way to add additional information to a schema.

      • Daffodil should ignore attributes that it doesn't know about - allows for forwards compatibility
        with new DFDL attributes
        QUESTION: Is it a SDE if DFDL contains ANY attribute that isn't recognized, or just a DFDL property
        in the wrong place?
