Hello,

I am trying to include the .ptm file format viewer on an instance of Clowder that I have built for the Cyprus Institute.  On an old IE version that I have everything works fine. On Firefox and Safari though when I try to do the same I get back an error message from the Java console (Java is no longer supported by Chrome). When I store the same data on a database that does not require login credentials and try to view the files again everything is alright for all 3 browsers. I tried to modify the some-library.js file in the under the clowder/public/javascript/previewers/PTM folder but to no end. I have narrowed down the problem to the line

"<param name='ptmfile' value='"+"http://10.20.30.124:1234"+Configuration.url+"' />"+

Does anyone know a work around this issue?

Thanks a lot for your time

Try making sure the applet is sending over all the cookies. Previewers need to request files with cookies, so that the cookie telling the server who is logged in is available with the request.

OK I have found that the problem occurs because the cookie that is created when I log in has the httponly flag created. Do you know where in the Clowder code I can disable this attribute of the cookie?
