I have installed eups DESDM python and can import easyaccess and numpy but astropy and matplotlib are missing. I normally use pip on redhat linux but pip is not in the desdm python tree

e.g.

rgm@calx066(~){528}> which python

/data/vault/rgm/soft/des/DESDM/eups/packages/Linux64/python/2.7.6+2/bin/python

gm@calx066(~){529}> ls /data/vault/rgm/soft/des/DESDM/eups/packages/Linux64/python/2.7.6+2/bin/

2to3  pydoc   python2    python2.7-config  python-config

idle  python  python2.7  python2-config    smtpd.py

easyaccess does not come with astropy, but it does come with matplotlib...

However, you are going to have to give us more information....

What version of easyacces are you using?

Maybe the simplest solution is to install the latest easyacces in EUPS:

eups distrib install easyaccess 1.3.1+2 --nolocks

For and astropy compatible with the latest easyacces:

eups distrib install astropy 0.4.2+5 --nolocks
