The RiverWatch Database files can be found on Box.
To extract a table containing the location, time, and observations for e= ach entry, run the following SQL statement on the RiverWatch Database:
SELECT= =20 =09ActivityT.SiteID,=20 =09ActivityT.FieldDate, =09ActivityT.MBI,=20 =09ActivityT.TotalOrganismsSampled,=20 =09ActivityT.TaxaRichness,=20 =09ActivityT.EPTTaxaRichness,=20 =09SiteT.SiteName,=20 =09SiteT.Latitude,=20 =09SiteT.Longitude FROM ActivityT=20 INNER JOIN SiteT ON ActivityT.SiteID=3DSiteT.SiteID;
ActivityT contains each citizen scientist observation with the observati= on date, calculated MBI and associated data. SiteT contains all observation= site locations (latitude and longitude) and a site name. Joining these two= tables by the common SiteID field yields a table with all the requisites f= or data ingestion.
