About Info

This view displays information about collections and datasets, including a preview if it exists. The example below is the typical information you would see for a dataset.

For a dataset:

• Dataset name
• Contributor
• Size
• Type
• Date Uploaded
• License information.

For a collection:

• Collection name
• Date created
• Contributor

Image Added

Menus

The only menus for this view can be found in the view toolbar. The menu items displayed are dependent on whether a collection or dataset is being viewed.

Toolbar - Dataset

Collection

• Refresh (Image Added) - will refresh the view and check to see if there are any updates to the information being displayed for the dataset
• Add Tag (Image Added) - brings up a wizard allowing the user to add one or more tags to the dataset being displayed
• Add Comment (Image Added) - brings up a wizard allowing the user to add a comment to the dataset
• Delete Dataset (Image Added) - deletes the dataset from the repository

Toolbar - Collection

• Refresh (Image Added) - will refresh the view and check to see if there are any updates to the information being displayed for the collection
• Add Tag (Image Added) - brings up a wizard allowing the user to add one or more tags to the collection being displayed
• Add Comment (Image Added) - brings up a wizard allowing the user to add a comment to the collection
