    • Frequency of measurements
  • By Agency
  • List of parameters
    • Number of sites that have each parameter
  • Sites active in last 5 years; in last 1 year
  •

Workflow outline

  1. Get list of sites on main stem
    1.  Downloaded from WQP → HUC 08 ; STORET, ATTAINS, NWIS ; all dates
      1. Need to add reach starting at St. Louis going south that is outside of HUC 08
    2. Clipped to Main Stem
    3. Identify Parameters at each site (done)
      1. Date range of each parameter
        1. Length of time series
      2. Date distribution / frequency of samples of each parameterparameter
        1. Floating bar chart
      3. Map sites by organization
  2.  Reach out to organizations to ask to verify that most of their data is there and if they have additional sites that are not on the list.
    1. Once list of sites is complete, filter to get summary of all the organizations "OrganizationFormalName"
    2. get unique site names for each organization
    3. plot sites on the map with some information on dates what was collected at the site.
