What did we do well?

  • Completed 13 tasks!
  • Only one was in review when the sprint was closed

What should we have done better?

  • 4 tasks we not started during the sprint - they were 1 day or less estimated time tasks - we may need to do a better job of triaging and picking short tasks to get completed at the beginning and end of the tasks so we don't have rollovers which could have been completed during sprint
