Please add tasks where it would be helpful having the team present, things that often get put on the back burner, tasks where quick input/modifications from others will speed up the completion of the task. For example, the tools catalog approvals, if there are things missing we can refine in the room.

Rob Kooper can give you pointers. Yan: I would like to try, not sure if I have the permission for edit system config file. )
Close tasks In Review! Some of them do not even have pull requests so they are just testing the code and the tests
