Steps for running the fortran model

The 3 routines that are run on the original server

/home/nan/WNV_WX/Not_smooth/run.get_forecast
- gets csv of forcast
  - wget http://sats.nws.noaa.gov/~mos/mos/wnv/IL_divisions_all.csv
  - copies to ILCD_<year><month><day>
/home/nan/WNV_WX/MIR_model/run.cp_prism
/home/nan/WNV_WX/MIR_model/run.cmp_n_nweek
