Installing Java 7

Windows:

1. Go to: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jdk7-downloads-1880260.html
2. Accept the license agreement.
3. Under 'Download', click the link appropriate for your version of Windows.  x86 for 32-bit, x64 for 64-bit.
4. If a dialog appears asking you if you want to run or save the file click Save.
5. Once your download completes, click Run.  Or navigate to the location where you downloaded the executable and run it by double-clicking it.
6. If you receive a User Account Control dialog asking if you want to allow the Java program to make changes to your computer, click Yes.

You should now see the following screen:

Click Next until you reach the following screen:

Take note of the directory and click Next.  Java will now install. Upon completion you will see the following screen:

You've completed the installation of Java 7 (JDK and JRE).  Click Close.
