GraphQL Launching on Nebula:
- Research on if there is a standard way of launching express app in production on Ubuntu
- If needed, create service script
- Put GraphQL server behind Nginx
- create middleware in Express app to authenticate against users (this potentially can be added to standalone version of SMILE and BAE to manage users)
Standalone Jupyter Notebook example:
- change the way how current analysis code is structured
- instead of writing objects in memory to local file; just have a function recording all the input and output on memory
- based on different use case we can either save file locally, or upload to AWS S3
