    1. Aggregation (related to the request from John Chick; hourly data)
      1. Improving the performance by aggregating the data on server-side
      2. Implementing a default aggregation level for each chart in configuration
      3. Implementing a smart way to changing aggregation level depending on the temporal range
    2. Utilizing Stream on client side
      1. A better way to define the derived the data (i.e. cumulative load) and handle the metadata (shown in infobox of a chart)

    1. Water quality portal data
    2. National buoy data on both GLTG and Great Lake monitoring
    3. Re-ingest UMESC data with the QA/QC data
    4. Quality factor code (QA/QC code) should be included in the downloaded data (for USGS and for UMESC)
