  • However, visp fails in Ubuntu 14.04. It must be run using Ubuntu 15.04

  • Once the files are created, they can be visualized using "openseadragon" (https://openseadragon.github.io/)
  • The xml files that contain the labels are not being loaded yet, but the labels (and the original images) can be seen using a free digital pathology Windows software called "Image-Scope-Rev-v12.1.0.5029.exe" from a company called Leica biosystems.
  • The "Image-Scope-Rev-v12.1.0.5029.exe" program is in the ISDA server in the /home/Projects/MSC/Data/Chicago/Images directory
