Is this because of duplicate variables? Eg: [[H]]. ?
- Can we use L2 and L1 2021 as templates for every year, any site?
- Only L1 should be used for every site
- L2 should be site specific because of exclude dates and others
- How about match variable names?
- We can use the variables for 2021 to 2020 but need to keep other parameters like exclude dates.
- Range might not be a matter
- Check and compare newly generated L2_ameriflux and the generated L2_ameriflux with old code. Check if all variables are present (in plots section as well).
