- The process will basically contains all the automation of the processes recorded in the guide documentation that Bethany sent to us
- The process should included the QA/QC as well.
- The code will be python in various reason unless the other language has huge benefit (OneFlux and PyFlux are made by python)
- Don't know what to use for now, could be OneFlux, PyFluxPro, or TOVI
- Minu and Yong Wook will follow the guide step by step and Katie will help to proceed the process
- Need to have an access to the file server to obtain raw data and Carl's group will take care of it
- Need to set up the slack channel?

Hi Evan – Sorry for the late response. We're slowly getting back to our routine after the holiday breaks. 1. TAU: People calculate TAU in a few different ways, including using different sign conventions. If you use EddyPro (version 6.X or earlier), you could simply convert the sign convention to all negative. I think the newer version of EddyPro (change log) should have addressed this. 2. EddyPro outputs variances instead of standard deviations, so you will need to make the conversion. Also, you will need to make sure the units are in ppm for CO2 and ppt for H2O. I think for these statistics EddyPro may just use the original units coming out from the IRGA, so it could be mixing ratios or mole density depending on what types of IRGA you use. FYI, TAU, CO2_SIGMA, H2O_SIGMA are not required variables. If you have trouble addressing the issues, you could drop those variables in the submission. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks –
