We have tools logger - but Kenton was not sure if we should use it now - and thinks we should just put the bugs in JIRA right now

• Update verbiage
• Update screenshots
• Add verbiage in confluence for a handful of Clients (like R) - add a page to the Using Brown Dog
• Find a bug - log it in JIRA and fix it
• Complete the excel testing sheet and attach it to this ticket when finished
