As a cluster man user I want to see which queues are bound to my exchanges so I can manage my cluster.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Given I have manually created bindings in the RabbitMQ vhost
   and I visit the project page
   When I click on the bindings button
   Then should see the bindings reflected in the bindings window
