geo extractor deletes data on geoserver, geo extractor will require the information of this file name to do the deletion. When a file is deleted on Clowder. the file.removed rabbitmq message need to provide the filename as part of the message. 

We can not use endpoint to get filename since when extractor has been trigged by the ``file.removed'' event, that file has been already deleted on clowder side. Thus, the endpoint will return nothing back to extractor side.
