Instead of logging in from an interactive splash handler, we should let Cyberintegrator load and login from within the application. To enable this, we will need to do the following:

1) Remove interactive splash handler
2) Add login button inside application that opens a dialog similar to medici and let the user point at a context endpoint setup through the Context Server
3) Debug any views that expect a context to be immediately available when the application loads
