Several schemas have been published on github DFDLSchemas.

We should extend our examples to include these. If they won't work yet, then we can leave the tests that drive them in scala-debug.

Note that the SWIFT DFDL Schema isn't published at github directly. We would have to ask for a copy and permission from IBM to test this one.

Note that we should NOT duplicate these in our tree, but rather should have the examples expect them to reside in some location relative to DAFFODIL_HOME.

Also: Any edits to these schemas should be done on git branches to isolate any daffodil-specific changes - until shown that the schemas continue to work on IBM's implementation with those changes.
