nilKind literalValue and literalCharacter with and without delimiters
empty value of text type, but with and without delimiters
regular old values of text type

By using 7-bit ascii packed character set, one can even have delimiters that leave the processor on a non-byte boundary, thereby requiring an alignmentFill region before the text value or nil literalValue or nilLiteralCharacter or empty value (of text type).
