A number of our Junit based tests aren't really "unit" testing. They're just in junit because we didn't have the TDML runner for a while, and even since we've had it, copying a pattern in the Junit tests just seems easier sometimes.

However, these should be converted to TDML so that they can be part of our conformance tests. Junit tests should really be lower-level tests.
