The check for leftover data seems to be done after the comparison takes place between the parsed data and the expected data. For example, I created a test with more than 64 bits to represent a double value. I had an arbitrary value in the expected value (leftover from copying a test), and when I ran the test I got an error that the values did not match, rather than a complaint about leftover data. Should it do this check before comparing values?
