Both of these are a little confusing. For example, 'sbt stag'e doesn't use DAFFODIL_CLASSPATH or JAVA_OPTS, and the daffodil.sh script only works when used in the tar/zip generated by daffodil-pack/pack. Need to figure out a way to make this less confusing, or at least add a README that clarifies the proper usage.
