Some time back, due to issues with include/import, I pre-merged the XML Schemas for DFDL annotations (The 3 files xsd/DFDL_part1_attributes.xsd, xsd/DFDL_part2_type.xsd, xsd/DFDL_part3_model.xsd), because the fact that part 3 included part 2, which included part 1, was somehow not working.

So a merged duplicate named DFDL_model_all_parts.xsd was created.

There have been extensive changes to include/import including support for relative file locations, etc.

Hence, this extra pre-merged schema may no longer be needed.

It would be good to remove it and go back to the original 3 files if possible so that we eliminate maintaining duplicate locations.

Right now, only prop-gen reads the separate 3-part files, the rest of the system (xerces-based validation when loading) uses the combined 'all-parts' schema.
