Quite a few changes have been made to the CLI since the requirements were first drafted (addition of a trace mode, ability to provide instructions file, etc.) The requirements need to be updated to reflect all of these changes, and we need to make sure if an existing requirement is no longer met, that that is the intended behavior of the tool.
