We need to replace expectJ with something else. We've always had problems with it (e.g not working on windows well, random failures) but they haven't been too consistent. However, recent updates to Daffodil seem to be causes random CLI failures more often. Because of this, we have disabled the CLI portion of the automated build test. We need to replace expectJ with something else so that we can turn these tests back on.
