GREON goes offline in the winter
Estimating 8hours on this because I think we would need to discuss how to structure this. There a few things needed for this to work.

• How do we set a flag on a sensor? It could be easily done in app.config, but we don't currently store sensors in app.config... Could we set a flag in medici so that other users can set this?
• If the "offline" flag is set, functionally this is easy, but we would probably want to update it in many places (if not everywhere that the sensor is visible in the app).
• Explore page pills
• Explore map markers
• Explore map sensor popup
• Detail view
• Search page?
