Leila requested that every raw data file for Flux Tower be concatenated to one CSV file per previous concatenated file from lmarini. 

The files should be concatenated, and the new file should be placed in Clowder like before. 

Note: This appears to be related to issues with not being able to download the data from Flux Tower as there are too many files in the Dataset.
