We can provide a slightly cleaner UI for the add tag option if we use a wizard instead of an InputDialog since a wizard gives us more control over the look and feel of the UI. The InputDialog label ("comma separated list of tags") can become the tooltip and we'll change the current field label to be just "Tags".
