Since authentication now required when accessing Polyglot server, need to make sure all the calls from Medici work, for the file downloadAs button.

Need to authenticate when:

• getting a list of available outputs for the input's content type
• uploading a file onto Polyglot
• checking if the coverted file exists
• downloading the converted file
