Create a new "ndslabs-login" angularjs module from the existing code.

The new module should depend on:

• ndslabs-api
• ndslabs-landing
• ndslabs-services

The new module should contain:

• login / signup
• forgot / reset password
• e-mail verification? (unless this is present in ndslabs-landing)

This module should be served from a new pod: likely cauth or oauth2.

This ticket is complete when cauth serves this new angularjs module (if possible)
