After the conclusion of NDS-873, I never took the final step of clicking "Release" in Nexus.

Since then, our staged artifacts seem to have disappeared (perhaps there is a timeout?)

The purpose of this ticket is to go back and verify that we have done the following:

1. Publish our most recently built SNAPSHOT artifacts to OSSRH
2. Stage most recent SNAPSHOT artifacts to verify completeness
3. Test staged artifacts to verify correctness
4. Release staged artifacts to OSSRH
5. Update our ticket on the OSSRH JIRA to enable OSSRH to sync to Maven Central on our behalf

This ticket is complete when the above steps have been taken on each of the following repositories:

• indri (if we had to pick only one, would we want 5.8 or 5.11?)
• ir-utils (only release newest version: 0.2.0? should we retroactively release the 0.0.1 or 0.1.0 artifacts?)
• biocaddie (is it necessary to perform a full release on these artifacts? no, SNAPSHOT is probably fine for this one)
• elasticsearch-queryexpansion-plugin (need to transfer ownership to nds-org and/or shorten the repo name)
