Need to make sure that polyglot and software server can handle a restart of either rabbitmq and/or mongo. This will help in case one of those servers is restarted.

The changes made to prevent the 100% leverage of a single connection to rabbitmq/mongo (good) but I'm not sure it handles restarting the connections in case they are down.
