History page does not fetch execution details if the used workflow is created by someone else

      I was not able to access this execution from the history page: https://fd-datawolf.ncsa.illinois.edu/datawolf/executions/eb81a327-22e7-4af5-9245-40783998dde9

      “workflowId”: “1ce73a96-c7cf-4a08-a88b-9f2650a7283b”-> was created by michael

      I updated https://fd-datawolf.ncsa.illinois.edu/datawolf/workflows/1ce73a96-c7cf-4a08-a88b-9f2650a7283b -> so now I’m the creator and the datawolf UI loads it fine

      To reproduce, try to open a farmdoc execution from v 0.1 made through the web application, it should not load the the previously referenced workflow was created by me (Gowtham)

      Possible resolution: If I'm able to execute a workflow, irrespective of who owns the workflow I should be able to see the execution details.
