Currently, there is no way in the tdml runner to set tunables, such as "requireBitOrderProperty". |

Changed to a bug, as it is keeping NACHA from working portably. We have to be able to specify this unqualifiedPathStepPolicy to make schemas containing paths that are portable with IBM, as IBM doesn't allow namespace prefixes at all on path steps (I think). | |

When fixing this bug, the ability to specify an embedded config or a file, but specify it at the tdml:testSuite object, not repeatedly on every test case, is important. | |

Once this is fixed NACHA can be made to run portably. We need the tunable:
Once we fix this issue, these can be set in the TDML file and NACHA can be made portable. |
