Format downloaded input raw data to match to EddyPro 

  • format timestamp to yyyy/mm/dd HH:MM
  • locate missing time period
    • should be 30 min difference
    • insert new timestamp if needed
  • fill all blank cells with 'NAN'
  • check if soil heat flux in mV (shg_mV_Avg) 
    • if not, need to be multiplied with shf calibration (shf_can_Avg) as "shf_1_Avg"
    • shf_1_Avg=[shf_mV_Avg(1)]*[shf_cal_Avg(1)]
  • Absolute humidity needs to be calculated
    • create new column Ah_fromRH
    • AhFromRH([AirTC_Avg],[RH_Avg])
  • Check longwave, shortwave, albedo
    • SW_out_Avg, and Albedo_Avg both with units W/meter
    • SW_out_Avg=[Shortwave In]-[Net Shortwave]
    • Albedo_Avg=[Shortwave Out]/[Shortwave In]
  • Precipitation data from IWS
    • 5min interval should be converted to 30min by taking the sum total of the 30min timeframe.
