Prepared 2005-2017 data and its associated SLD file is on the Box folder until the server is up and running again.
Concerning the double entries (summer and fall) for 2008 - the fall data can simply be omitted. The other years are standardized to summer.

2005-2017 Hypoxia Layers are all on Geoserver with the SLD applied.
