Scenario 2: Scientist interested in changes in DCM through time in Lakes Michigan and Huron and wants the following information:
- Average chlor-a values at depth for early in the time series (say, pre – 2002) versus more recent values
- Wants to make a comparison for Lake Huron versus Lake Michigan
- How is depth of DCM related to water temperature (display both profiles on the same graph, or multiple graphs?)
