Came up and applied fixes/workarounds for POL-162 and POL-163, significantly reduced CPU usage and number of network connections, and increased the robustness of polyglot, checked in changes.
- Earthcube: had a project meeting. Updated BMI again for Peishi. Created subtasks for the production machine set-up task.

- Census Segmenter - Spent time to use jar files from Nexus for MatrixUtilities and ImageUtilities. New files could not be found (eclipse problem? or maven problem?) had to manually remove .m2/repository/edu, then it would be re-created by maven and the correct jars would be found. Finally, the correct jars are in Nexus and all works.
