• Create a new page displaying a form with information to be passed to the RabbitMQ. The form should have fields for rabbitMQ info, docker image, extractor title, min # of instances to deploy, the extractor name, and a container naming prefix. Information about RabbitMQ should be stored in mongo. Extractor title should be added to Interface model as an additional field. The rest will be entered by the admin.
