Sprint Retrospective

  • Did a better job of understanding he tickets prior to estimating
  • Balance of time between development and planning
• What went wrong?
  • There were some Nebula troubles
    • Caused confusion (ex. ran a script multiple times and they failed, caused confusion because it's not clear if it's the network and if there is a problem with the code)
• What could we do to improve?
  • Better scheduling for the Core work and other project work 
  • More planning with the full team

    • Keep following and refining the process (everything being done)
    • More time spent on planning (multiple sessions)
