Plants In Silco

Current Development Plan:

1. Develop Psi computational model running in NDS cluster
   1. Design Infrastructure to support the computational model
   2. Provide development environment  for component authors with infrastructure interfaces
      
      1. May involve provisioning  standalone dev instances in NDS openstack
   3. Assist model component developers to refactor their code into containerized microservices for the infrastructure
2. Deploy the project in NDS cluster
3. Deploy the model in NDS cluster
   1. Move away from single-user dev instances toward cluster
4. Test/eval/refine
5. Plan ipython interfaces and services in support of model and applications
