Develop a tool/algorithm to standardize approaches to calculate nutrient load conditions and trends - to supplement sentinel sites( as a prelude to senitinel site analysis)

• Due by 11/30/20 ( really need earlier to use on sentinel sites)
• nutrient load tend analysis tool - work with McIssac - this is finalizing it
• need nod of approval from USGS and EPA - is this doable? acceptance of datadiscuss with USGS/EPA/HTF workgroup to conform metrics to track and how to calculate - first call week of 11/18/19
• need it because of different data / different sensors - data gap between sensors

• Only pick sentinel sites with enough data - 1 site per state commitment

  • finalize criteria by 1/1/20
  • work with HTF state workgroup to select sites in each state- states take lead on this
  • Sites need to identified by 5/1/20; final sites selected by 11/2020
