Fix apache httpd setup for http://browndog.ncsa.illinois.edu/clowder/ and http://browndog.ncsa.illinois.edu/clowder-dev/. Can't log in from outside NCSA (Yan Zhao want to try this? Rob Kooper can give you pointers. Yan: I would like to try, not sure if I have the permission for edit system config file. )
